Booking

We’re delighted you’re considering a stay with us!
To make a reservation, you’ll need to be over 18 and agree to these terms and conditions.

  • Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Minimum stay: 2 nights.

  • Prices are per night for 1 – 2 guests.

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

  • Cancellations: We understand plans can change – you’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your stay.

During Your Stay

We want your visit to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

  • Please note there are four wooden steps leading up to the shepherd’s hut – something to keep in mind when booking.

  • Our shepherd’s hut is designed for a peaceful getaway and, for safety reasons, is not suitable for children or pets.

  • A guest information folder is provided inside the hut with everything you need to know about the facilities and equipment.

  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the buildings, but you’re welcome to enjoy the fresh air outside.

Liability and Damages

We hope you’ll treat the hut with the same care you would your own home.

  • While we do our best to ensure your comfort, the owner cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings, including vehicles. We recommend having your own travel or holiday insurance.

  • Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy when you depart.

  • Any damage or breakages should be reported as soon as possible – accidents happen, and we appreciate your honesty.

  • Feel free to use your own electrical devices, but please note this is at your own risk.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us.

    • We use Stripe, a trusted third-party payment provider, to securely process online payments. Stripe receives limited information (your name, email, and billing address) to complete your transaction and protect against fraud.

    • We never see or store your full card details or CVV.

    • When you book or contact us through our website, we collect your name, email, and phone number solely to manage your booking and communication.

    • We don’t share your personal details with anyone else, and they’re kept private on our website.

    • After your stay, we retain your information for 12 months before securely deleting it.
